Each team will be guaranteed to play 5 matches, with a semi-final and a final, providing a great opportunity for competition and fun!
Match format:
-Two sets of 7 minutes with a 1 minute break between the two sets.
-Ability to make changes during the game to maintain a sustained and balanced pace.
