5-YEAR-OLD INTEGRATION PROGRAM The first real step towards your young player's development. ⚽ At 5 years old, children start to take their soccer learning to the next level! The 5-Year-Old Integration Program is designed to support young players in the transition from introductory to advanced levels, while respecting their age, pace, and skill level. Through dynamic and age-appropriate exercises, children develop the essential fundamentals of soccer: ⚽ Ball control and mastery ⚽ Dribbling and changes of direction ⚽ First passes and receiving the ball ⚽ Coordination and motor skills with the ball ⚽ Use of both feet ⚽ Movement and positioning ⚽ Basic 1-on-1 skills ⚽ Introduction to the game and small-sided match situations The goal is simple: to develop good habits from the start, while providing children with stimulating, positive, and age-appropriate training sessions. Young players will gradually learn to control the ball, make decisions, play with their teammates, and gain confidence on the field. Ideal preparation for the next step The 5-Year Integration Program naturally prepares young players for the 6-7 Year Development Program, where technical skills and game situations become progressively more advanced.
