Elite development program

The Elite development program is designed for young athletes aged U12 to U17 who wish to push their limits, refine their skills, and prepare for opportunities such as showcases, sport-study programs, or trials for semi-professional teams.

Structured and intensive training under the guidance of Ali Gerba, Jonathan Arnaud and Wikenson Joseph.

Sessions take place three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and include:

  • Agility and conditioning workouts to develop coordination, speed, and endurance

  • two technical on-field practices to refine technical and tactical skills. The player-to-coach ratio is optimized at two coaches for twelve players, ensuring personalized follow-up and professional tools for tracking progression.

  • Players are regularly assessed by our coaches to monitor their evolution. Using heart rate monitors and advanced analysis tools, we measure training:

  • intensity, balance between the right and left legs

  • shot progress

and other key performance indicators.

This intensive program, running from October to April, includes:

  • Full equipment: shorts, t-shirt, socks, hoodie, sports bag

  • Unlimited access to the recovery room (compression boots, sauna, cold tubs)

  • Heart rate monitoring with monitors

  • Two official evaluations with meetings between parents/athletes/coaches

  • Access to a study room for schoolwork (before or after practices)

  • Official team photo

  • Communication and team management platform (communication between coaches, parents, and players; schedule management; attendance tracking; instant updates and reminders; information sharing)

  • Exclusive 15% discount on all Complete Striker products/services until September 2026

  • VIP camp
